visiSort-T with contactless hardness testing

In order to always be able to offer our customers the optimal solution for the respective inspection task, visicontrol uses measuring systems from various manufacturers.

For the contactless realization of a hardness inspection in combination with the proven visiSort-T, visicontrol offers integrated and automated solutions together with system partners. This allows process-reliable differentiation between hardened and non-hardened components. Even the differentiation of different surface coatings at high part throughput of more than 200 parts/min is possible with the visiSort-T high-speed inspection and sorting machine.

Thanks to the innovative design, automated positioning of the measuring probe is also no problem. And: the integrated solution automatically reduces inspection costs, as lower investment and operating costs are incurred.
