Measurements of heights, depths, and thicknesses with tolerances of up to +/- 0.01 mm can now be performed reliably.
With the non-contact point sensor, the test object is scanned dynamically as it passes by, making this system very easy and inexpensive to integrate.

The high scanning frequency allows inspection performance of over 300 parts/min.
With the ACO, the position of the test probe can be adjusted fully automatically in two directions to suit the geometry of different parts.
A changeover system for different test probes is available.
