At the AAA trade fair 2025 in Friedrichshafen on February 25 and 26, visicontrol presented modern solutions for automated image processing in industrial quality assurance. The aim of our trade fair appearance was to show visitors in a practical way how our intelligent inspection systems with powerful software make manufacturing processes more efficient and safer. The focus was on our mobile exhibition vehicle. Using real components, we demonstrated how reliably our high-performance cameras detect defects, dimensional deviations, and surface flaws directly in the production environment.
Live demonstration in real time
With the visicontrol trade fair vehicle, visitors were able to experience first-hand how our inspection and sorting systems work in real time. The integrated high-performance cameras capture precise measurements. At the same time, our software analyzes the components for defects and deviations. This ensures that quality requirements are consistently met. In addition, various inspection concepts could be tested directly on site and adapted to individual requirements, providing a powerful practical example of automated image processing as it is specifically and efficiently required in modern manufacturing processes.
