Automatic adaptation to fluctuating lighting conditions

Surface inspection for miniscule scratches,
dents, impact marks, ridges
|
visiTeach® is a universal and highly efficient measurement
and control software package that makes it possible
to operate a high-performance and complex image
processing and lighting system from a central point.
visiTeach® is characterized by more than 30 high-performance
measuring tools, gray-level image processing,
complex filter functions which also work with polygons
of varying rotation, contrast maximization functions,
surface inspection, robot control, communication,
PLC functions and much, much more.
visiTeach®’s graphical user interface is just right for use
in the workshop. Users do not need any particular PC
expertise, never mind knowledge of programming with
a special programming language.
visiTeach® allows the image processing system to be
linked to existing CAQ and PDA systems.
The opportunity to print out inspection reports supports
the implementation of automated quality assurance
which is integrated into the production process.
Operation of visiTeach®
You enter the various measuring functions, form checks,
pattern recognition tasks or surface inspection data in
your visicontrol®™ system using clearly and logically
structured icons. This tried-and-tested operating
method enables very short detection times for new
parts and, consequently, the shortest possible set-up
times. It goes without saying that each dimension and
each test criterion can be assigned separate tolerances.
The tolerances entered here are used as criteria for
deciding whether parts are good or not.
You then specify what your visicontrol®™ system should
do if the dimension it has just either measured or
checked is good, bad or above or below the required
tolerance.
Each dimension that is checked can trigger its own
actions. To obtain easily readable and well-documented
test sequences, you can use the designations of your
sensors, pneumatic valves or sorting flaps for the
names of the actions.
You can also deploy extensive PLC functions here for
complicated measuring or sorting tasks. The procedure is
as easy as it is quick.
Screen splitting, time loops, logical operations on your
measurement results, counters, printing out messages or
displaying them on screen: these and many more functions
are at your disposal.
Parameterization instead of programming is the state of
the art. |
