visiSort-LS for Long, Shaft-Heavy Screws

 

The visiSort-LS is a sorting system with 100% inspection of long, shaft-heavy screws and rivets. It uses 1 reflected light camera for head control, 1 to 2 transmitted light cameras and up to 4 additional cameras for testing the thread. Up to 350 parts per minute can be sorted depending on the length.
