visiSort-B Conveyor System

The visiSort-B utilizes a conveyor belt to feed the individual parts to the different test stations. The type and number of cameras, the illumination and the separation mechanisms are adapted to the part spectrum. Sorting outputs from 100 to 300 parts/min are attained with a visiSort-B. The visiSort-B is used especially for testing trimmed pipes.

  • 3-edge, 4-edge, 6-edge
  • Length 5 to 80 mm (other sizes upon request)
  • Diameter 1.5 to 25 mm (other sizes upon request)

  • Diameter and lengths on the outer contour

  • Thread presence, threaded length, outer and minor diameter

  • Accuracy with lengths ± 0.009 mm

Attributive camera
  • Presence of internal threads
  • Presence of threads in cross holes
  • Chip control on internal holes
